Master Spillmann has been training in the martial arts for over 40 years  as well as operating many martial arts schools and consulting for many famous Grandmasters, Masters and martial art academy owners. He has been instructing for over the past 30 years and operating many locations.

Master Spillmann is sought after worldwide for his martial art and business knowledge and has been written about in dozens of new paper articles. Master Spillmann has also written dozens of articles for many magazines and newspapers and the bestselling "TaekwonDo Business Manual".

He has been seen on TV and in several movies. He has performed demonstrations, instructed self-defense seminars and consulted for many large organizations across the United States, including the U.S. military and motivational seminars for Mervyns, Universal Studios, Boeing, Edwards, CBS Studios and Mission Viejo Company.

Instructor J  Spillmann

Instructor J. Spillmann was born in Gloucester, England.  She was raised there until she, at 8 years old, moved with her family to the United States.  At the age of 16, Instructor Spillmann began working for a program developed for children with disabilities.  This began her career in child development. 

She attended CSU, Fullerton where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Child Development in 1995.  She has since become a teacher.  She then moved to Corona, CA where she opened her daycare business, which was a successful and sought after program for many years. During that time she tutored students who would later go on to receive awards for advanced academic skills.

Instructor Spillmann began her TaeKwonDo training at the age of 27 and is now a 2nd Dan Black Belt in the art.  She developed a program of musical forms called TaeKwon Dance which she currently teaches at ATC- Corona in a cardio-style class. She has run the ATC demo team for the past 4 years.  The demo team presentations are now spectacular, acclaimed performances. 

Instructor Spillmann takes most pride in being part of her family, including her husband of more than 10 years and children, all of whom she is proud.  As well as TaeKwonDo, Instructor Spillmann enjoys practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, performing musical theater and writting childrens books.
